These lace cookies are light, delicious, and a holiday favorite! These are made with simple ingredients.

Prep Time: 5 Min

– ½ cup vegan buttery spread – 1 cup organic cane sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 2 Tablespoons unsweetened applesauce – ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder – 2 Tablespoons gluten free flour blend – ½ teaspoon salt – 1 cup certified gluten free oats

If you prefer vanilla, try this vanilla lace cookie recipe!

Step 1

Mix the ingredients in a mixing bowl - the batter will feel a little wet.

Drop teaspoonfuls of batter onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment. Leave 2 1/2 inches in between. Bake at 325 degrees for 14-15 minutes.

Let the cookies fully cool on the cookie sheet. Remove them very carefully using your fingers.
