Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the bread crumbs, meats, onion, garlic, and spices in a bowl.
Use your hands to mix together thoroughly,
Roll the meatballs into balls that are one and half inches in diameter.
Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 25-30 minutes, until they are browned and the temperature reads 165 degrees F in the middle.
Serve with your choice of pasta and sauce.
Serving size is about 5 meatballs.
Store leftovers in the fridge - they should stay fresh for about 3 days.
