I LOVE autumn! There’s something about chilly weather, and days at the cider mill, and a cozy sweater, and a nice warm pumpkin dessert that just go together SO well, don’t you think?
There’s nothing like fall baking – the whole house is scented with cinnamon, cloves, and ginger, and the reward is a deliciously spiced sweet treat. Since I am pretty much over the moon for pumpkin right now, I thought I’d gather up a nice big collection of gluten free pumpkin desserts.
There’s no reason that you should miss out on delicious fall treats just because you can’t have gluten! There are many wonderful recipes here, and they are easy to make, too.
This list contains everything from pumpkin cookies to brownies and bars to pumpkin butter. If you’re looking for the most delicious gluten free pumpkin desserts, you’ve found them!
Can you use pumpkin pie filling in place of pumpkin puree?
Pumpkin pie filling has added sweetener and spices, so it’s not a great choice in recipes that call for pure pumpkin puree.
Can you use fresh pumpkin instead of canned pumpkin?
Yes, you could use fresh pumpkin that has been baked and then pureed if you like! It should work the same way canned pumpkin puree does.
