This black bean, corn, and feta dip is the perfect party dip! Tangy and flavorful, this dip practically disappears!
If you need a last minute dish to bring to a party, look no further. This black bean, corn, and feta dip is easy, quick and so tasty. I just love to have a recipe like that ready to go, don’t you?
Not that we get invited to lots of last minute gatherings – if you have children then you know that things must be planned well in advance. Going to a simple barbecue involves packing up pretty much the entire house and then some. Extra sippy cups, blankets, stickers, toys, special snacks, you name it.
Either way, this appetizer is worth making – whether for a planned gathering, or an impromptu one.
This black bean and feta cheese dip is alway s a crowd pleaser. If you have a good-sized crowd, you’ll want to double this recipe because it disappears so quickly. It’s so delicious – just perfect for summer gatherings! The sweet, vinegary dressing is the perfect complement to the salty feta cheese. The black beans are a great source of protein and fiber, too.
This black bean, corn, and feta dip is sure to be a big hit! It’s:
- naturally gluten free
- perfect for a casual party
- delicious with tortilla chips
Black Bean and Feta Dip.
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1 can sweet yellow corn drained and rinsed
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 medium sweet onion chopped
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips or Frito Scoops.
This dip is so wonderful, and everyone who eats it just loves it! You could even make it without the cheese, it would still be amazing. If you don’t have black beans, you could try pinto beans or black-eyed peas.
Yum- this looks delicious! Perfect for summer :)

It sounds delicious! One of my all time favorite dips is hummus. Here’s my recipe for it.
