An easy apple dip made with just five ingredients! Everyone loves this healthy and tasty dip for a snack or dessert.

Easy almond apple dip recipe. Everyone loves this tasty dip - it's great for a snack or dessert!

Good Morning! I hope you’re all having a wonderful weekend! I’m just popping in quickly today to mention that I’m sharing a recipe over on my friend Sarah’s blog, Whole and Heavenly Oven. When she told me she was doing a whole week devoted to apple recipes, I was so thrilled, because it’s fall, and I love apples, and what a clever idea! There have been so many tasty recipes on her blog this week including Everything Caramel Apples and 10 Minute Oatmeal with Caramelized Apples and Cashews.  When she asked me to contribute a recipe, I knew I wanted to do something simple that let the goodness of the apples shine.

This creamy dip is always a hit – it makes a delicious snack or dessert. I love making it with almond butter, but you can easily use peanut butter, or even sunbutter if you have nut allergies. I’ve added a little bit of cinnamon to make this extra delicious for autumn – I love anything cinnamon spice in the autumn months.  If you like a little more texture, go ahead and try some crunchy nut butter in this – that would be a fun addition!

To make this easy and tasty dip, you’ll need a nut or seed butter of your choice, the milk of your choice, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Then you’ll just need to blend the ingredients and serve with your favorite varieties of apples! Gluten free graham crackers or animal crackers would be another fun dippable item to serve as well.

If you’re making it for a party, you’ll need to multiply the amounts in the recipe, but that’s easy to do.

This easy and delicious recipe is over on Whole and Heavenly Oven today…head over to Sarah’s blog to see my recipe for Creamy Almond Butter Dip with Apples.

This looks so yummy! I just have to check with the WB peeps to see if there is an acceptable powdered sugar substitute as I can’t have the sugar. I was feeling a little bummed that I can’t have the cider and donuts this year (my fav), so this would cheer me up. The sugar substitute I just bought is a little more granulated, and I’m not sure that would work? Where do you buy your almond butter?
