Ingredient Notes
- Berries – I used strawberries and blackberries, but you could use blueberries or raspberries as well. Or if you would prefer peaches or cherries, that would also be delicious.
- Graham Crackers – There are several graham crackers out there that may work for your particular allergies. You should always read labels and call the company to make sure that brands are safe for your particular needs, but you may want to check out these options: Kinnikinnick Smoreables, Partake Graham Crackers, or this recipe for gluten free graham crackers.
- Whipped Topping – So Delicious Coco Whip is one option for whipped topping, or you could make homemade coconut whipped cream, or you could use any brand of vanilla ice cream that works for you.
Step by Step Instructions
- Place the graham crackers in a food processor, then pulse until crumbs form.
- Then add the vegan buttery spread and pulse to combine.
- Start layering the ingredients in glass jars, starting with the graham cracker mixture.
- Next, add some whipped topping.
- Then add some berries.
- Repeat the layers until you get to the top of the jar. So easy!
