Do you remember the days when it was easy to just walk into the kitchen and throw together a simple dinner or breakfast?

Do you remember the time before you had food allergies and intolerances in your family…the time when it was simple to plan meals and grocery shop?

Cooking seemed easier when you didn’t have to consider each and every ingredient you put into your recipes. It used to be more fun. I believe that it can still be fun. I believe that you can enjoy amazing, easy recipes even when cooking for multiple food allergies.

I’ve had to make many changes to my diet since I’ve had children.  My firstborn was and still is sensitive to gluten, so I was gluten free for several years. When my second son was born, he had issues with reflux, and that coupled with his laryngomalacia made me change my diet once again.  I eliminated dairy, egg, soy, and corn in addition to gluten.

If you know what it’s like to be a nursing mother to a baby with reflux and food sensitivities…if you know what it’s like to be a hungry nursing mother and have limited food choices because you are trying to keep your baby comfortable, these recipes are for you.

If you have little children with food allergies and sensitivities who want to eat fun kid foods like pizza and macaroni and cheese…foods that unless they are heavily modified, would not agree with their food restrictions, these recipes are for you.

If you love to cook and bake, but aren’t sure where to begin now that you have to deal with food allergies or intolerances, these recipes are for you.

Learn how to successfully prepare allergy friendly food with these 31 recipes for delicious gluten free, dairy free, and egg free comfort food.

It’s from those kinds of experiences that I share these 31 gluten free, dairy free, and egg free recipes.

These are recipes that my family loves. All of us, even my husband, who can eat whatever he wants.

These recipes for main dishes, desserts, and snacks are delicious and comforting.  And even if you don’t have anyone in your family with food allergies, I think you’ll find some new recipes for comfort food that will appeal to you, too!

Join me and learn how to successfully prepare delicious allergy friendly food your family will LOVE.

Looking forward to following… My youngest is allergic to corn, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and bananas, so I think you may have some things that we might be able to try! Thanks!

I found you through the 31 Days challenge & am looking forward to adding some new recipes to our menu plans! We are a gluten & dairy free house (there are more, like low sugar & nothing acidic, but gf/df are the main ones!) :)

Wow, I was totally in your shoes, Katy! Avoiding corn is tough, I had to do that for a long time! Most of these recipes will be corn free as well!

This is a series I can really benefit from right now! I have two dairy-sensitive kiddos, including one who is nursing and is also allergic to soy and corn. We’re not sure about gluten at this point, but I mostly avoid it to be safe. I’m excited to follow your series!

I’m here by way of The Nester. This series is inline with all I’m trying to accomplish with my diet now. Due to a cancer battle 3 years ago, I am always working toward all things healthy! Looking forward to following along!
