This colorful dairy free smoothie is bursting with fresh citrus and mango flavor! It’s a quick and easy way to start your morning.

If you miss all the delicious fruit that summertime brings, I totally get it! I am in the same boat.
Wintertime has lots of wonderful things, like delicious comfort food, snowy days, and hot chocolate, but variety of fruit is one thing it lacks.
I’m thankful for citrus fruit, though! Thankfully, it’s plentiful in the winter months. If you like oranges, grapefruit, and clementines, the winter season has you covered.
Mango, citrus, and strawberries combine to make this pretty smoothie. It’s easy to make in just a few minutes, and it’s a great way to start your day.

Ingredient Notes
- Mango – I usually use frozen mangoes in smoothies, because it’s more convenient.
- Clementines – Make sure you get seedless clementines. If they have seeds, be sure to remove them.
- Orange Juice – Orange juice adds to the flavor of this smoothie, but you could also use water in a pinch.
- Hemp Seed Hearts – I like adding hemp seed hearts to my smoothies, but you could leave them out. Try adding ground flax seeds, or even some chia seeds if you prefer.
Substitutions
- If you can’t find clementines, navel oranges would be a good choice instead.
- If mangoes don’t work for you, you could do peaches instead.

I’ve made this and it came out extremely pulpy and unappealing from the clementine. What am I doing wrong?

There is some pulp, but I felt my blender did a good job of blending it up. I’m sorry you had trouble!
