Fruit popsicles don’t get any easier or tastier than these watermelon strawberry popsicles! This is a refreshing summer dessert recipe that kids and adults love!
Is there anything better than an ice cold popsicle on a summer day? These are so refreshing, and they are beautiful, too! The berries and watermelon make a gorgeous shade of pink.
It’s so easy to make these. Just blend some watermelon, and some strawberries, and then fill your popsicle molds. Stick them in the freezer, and in a few hours, you will have deliciously fruity popsicles to enjoy.
Of course, you will want to make sure that the fruit you choose is very sweet and ripe for the best flavor. You can improvise – use a variety of berries, or different melon, or some citrus fruit.

Liz
cute idea! Love the little sticks :) Where did you get the mold from?
theprettybee
Hi Liz! The mold for these is actually a Tupperware mold from quite awhile ago. It is nice because it is a smaller size, which is better for kids, in my opinion.
Liz
Great idea! :)

Yum! I’ve been putting a ton of watermelon in my smoothies in place of …water! :) A shame you couldn’t find any sticks anywhere. I’ve had the same problems when making caramel apples!
Kelly
Yes! I love putting watermelon in smoothies! It’s so juicy!

I found my popsicle sticks, known as Wood Craft Sticks at my Krogers grocery store. They’re located in the school supply area along w/pens & pencils, etc. They’re much cheeper here than anywhere else(150 sticks for around 3 to 4 $. Love em!!
Kelly Roenicke
As long as they are food safe, that’s a good deal!
